What is AI Job Risk Check?

AI Job Risk Check is a free tool that measures how exposed your job is to AI, one task at a time. You tell us your job title and how much of your time each of your real tasks takes. We score each task against published AI-exposure research and weight it by your personal time spent, so your score reflects how you actually work, not just your title. Knowing your score and your plan is only the start. We help you carry the plan out and reach your goals.

What most AI job risk tools miss

  • Your tasks are what is at stake, not your title. AI will not replace your whole job at once. It takes it piece by piece, one task at a time.
  • We look at more than which tasks you do. Your score reflects how much of your personal time each task takes, so it fits your real workday, not a generic job description.
  • The tools that can do your tasks improve every month. The problem may not have reached your work yet, which is why acting now helps you stay ahead of the curve.
  • Unlike other apps, we do not stop at your score and plan. We stay in your corner and give you personal support as you put each step into practice.

What you get for free

  • Your AI Job Risk Score, a 0 to 100 number showing how much of your time goes to tasks AI can already do.
  • One of your tasks fully analyzed, so you can see exactly how the scoring works.

What you get with the full report ($29.99 one-time, includes 1 month of free coaching)

  • A task-by-task breakdown of which parts of your job are most exposed.
  • A personalized profile mapping your role and tasks to AI capabilities.
  • A personalized action plan with concrete next steps to protect and advance your career.

Grounded in federal occupation data from O*NET and AI-exposure scoring based on Eloundou et al. (2024), published in Science.

Why should I trust this score?

Unlike simple job-title calculators, we score the actual tasks you perform along with how much time you spend on them.

Every assessment is based on public federal occupational data, peer-reviewed research, and current AI capability analysis.

We even publish the formula we use, because we believe you should understand how your score is calculated.

Designed to be transparent, not mysterious. No black-box AI making unexplained decisions.

Built by Brooke Houck, PhD, a research scientist with over a decade of experience in quantitative research, large federal database analysis, and psychometrics. The methods behind your score are the methods she works in.

We rate your real tasks, not just your job title, so the score reflects the work you actually do.
